Description

This creamy whipped feta dip is tangy, luscious, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect for parties or snack time, it’s a spread that pairs wonderfully with everything from crisp veggies to pita chips.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (or substitute with Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish
  • Pita chips or fresh veggie sticks, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy. For best results, stream the olive oil in while blending.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavor; add more lemon juice for tang or crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve with pita chips or vegetables.

Notes

To enhance the flavor, blend in sun-dried tomatoes or roasted red peppers. This dip can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to three days. Stir before serving. Serve warm pita for a special touch.
