Ingredients

- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 1/2 limes)
- 2–3 tbsp orange simple syrup or fresh orange juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup lime sparkling water or club soda
- 1 tsp agave nectar or honey (optional)
- Coarse sea salt (for rim)
- 1 lime wedge (for rim and garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Swipe a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
- Dip the rim into sea salt and tap off the extra.
- Pour in 3 tbsp lime juice.
- Add 2–3 tbsp orange simple syrup (or orange juice).
- Top off with 1/2 to 3/4 cup lime sparkling water.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
Notes
Want a flavor twist? Add a splash of fresh orange juice or use Tajín on the rim for a spicy kick. You can also blend it with ice for a frozen version or muddle jalapeños for heat. Store leftover orange syrup in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
