- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced (or blueberries)

- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup toasted nuts (almonds or walnuts)
Instructions
- Rinse all produce well for the freshest flavor.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and strawberries. Toss gently.
- Add feta and red onion, then drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Just before serving, sprinkle toasted nuts for crunch and give a final toss.
Notes
To lighten it up, use a yogurt-based dressing or replace feta with avocado. Keep components separate if storing for later. For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
