Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (can use gluten-free)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider rolls (mini or standard)
- 2 cups arugula or baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form 12 small patties to match slider bun size and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
- Cut slider rolls in half and optionally toast the insides.
- Assemble sliders with a turkey patty, arugula or spinach, and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
- Top with remaining bun halves and serve warm. Optional: serve extra cranberry sauce on the side.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the turkey mixture to keep patties tender. Always cook patties to 165°F (75°C) internal temperature for food safety. Add crushed red pepper flakes for spice or mix in diced veggies for extra nutrition. Leftover patties freeze well for up to 3 months. Swap breadcrumbs for crushed chips for more crunch.
