Description

These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are a holiday hit turned everyday delight, combining juicy turkey patties with the zing of cranberry sauce inside soft, fluffy rolls. Great for gatherings, leftovers, or a cozy family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (can use gluten-free)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider rolls (mini or standard)
  • 2 cups arugula or baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form 12 small patties to match slider bun size and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
  5. Cut slider rolls in half and optionally toast the insides.
  6. Assemble sliders with a turkey patty, arugula or spinach, and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
  7. Top with remaining bun halves and serve warm. Optional: serve extra cranberry sauce on the side.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the turkey mixture to keep patties tender. Always cook patties to 165°F (75°C) internal temperature for food safety. Add crushed red pepper flakes for spice or mix in diced veggies for extra nutrition. Leftover patties freeze well for up to 3 months. Swap breadcrumbs for crushed chips for more crunch.
