Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Fresh fruit slices (kiwi, strawberries, etc.) – for topping
  • Granola – for crunch
  • Shredded coconut – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine bananas, pineapple, mango, coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and chia seeds (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thicker consistency, refrigerate before serving.
  2. Pour the smoothie into bowls. This makes 6 to 8 servings, perfect for sharing or scaling as needed.
