Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach or kale (or any leafy green you like)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Ice cubes as desired
Instructions
- Place spinach or kale into the blender.
- Add banana and pineapple chunks.
- Pour in almond milk, honey or syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk or ice for desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve immediately in a chilled glass.
Notes
For extra creaminess, swap part of the milk with Greek yogurt. Leftovers can be stored for up to one day in the fridge, but it’s best fresh. Add seeds or nuts for more texture and nutrients.
