- 8 oz cream cheese – softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula, keeping the mixture light and fluffy.
- Fill each taco shell with a generous scoop of the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with fresh strawberry slices, then sprinkle crushed Graham crackers and chopped nuts on top.
- Serve right away for a crunchy texture, or chill for about an hour before serving for a colder treat.
Notes
To enhance flavor, drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce before serving. Mango or peaches are great substitutes for strawberries. Make the filling in advance and assemble just before serving for best results.
