Instructions
- Place strawberries, avocado, corn, and red onion in a large mixing bowl. Toss gently to combine without crushing the avocado.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, then give a gentle toss to coat evenly.
- Let sit for a few minutes before serving so the flavors meld. Garnish with basil leaves if desired.
