Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (or a mix of oregano and basil)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly. Gradually add water and mix until a manageable dough forms.
  4. Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into squares or shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  5. Arrange the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle extra red pepper flakes on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before serving. Enjoy!

Notes
