- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt.
- Pour in melted butter and stir until crumbly. Gradually add water and mix until a manageable dough forms.
- Roll dough on a floured surface to 1/8-inch thick. Cut into squares or shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Arrange the crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle extra red pepper flakes on top if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
