- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (around 2 large chicken breasts)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese for a tangy twist)
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce in a bowl until fully coated. Adjust the spice level to your liking.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly toast the slider buns for 5 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Layer the bottom half of each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture, drizzle ranch dressing, then add shredded lettuce and pickles.
- Place bun tops on and arrange sliders on a baking sheet. Brush tops with olive oil for extra flavor.
- Bake for 10 minutes until heated through and buns are golden. Serve hot.
