S’mores Sliders

Description

Bring the magic of campfire s’mores into bite-sized form with these irresistible S’mores Sliders. They’re loaded with crunchy graham crackers, melty chocolate, and gooey marshmallows, making them perfect for parties, family nights, or anytime you crave a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers (about 14 crackers)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows (or large marshmallows cut in half)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (optional)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese or marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange half of the graham crackers on the baking sheet to form the base layer.
  3. Spread peanut butter over each cracker if using, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  4. Top with miniature marshmallows, adding more for extra gooeyness if desired.
  5. Place another graham cracker on top to form a slider, then spread whipped cream cheese or marshmallow fluff on the top layer.
  6. Bake sliders for 5–7 minutes, until marshmallows puff and chocolate starts to melt.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing into individual sliders and serving warm.

Notes

For variety, try mixing chocolate types or adding crispy rice cereal for extra crunch. Assemble ahead of time and bake right before serving for maximum freshness.
