Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine diced potatoes, onion soup mix, and chicken broth in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour melted butter over the top and gently mix everything together.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes
