Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it browns.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then pour them into the pan with the sausage and scramble until just set.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Unroll the crescent dough onto a greased baking sheet and press the seams together to form a rectangle.
