- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Skewers (soaked if using wooden)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together rosemary, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add meat cubes to the marinade, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread marinated meat onto skewers, spacing pieces slightly apart.
- Grill for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through. For chicken, ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove kebabs from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, marinate overnight. You can also toss in vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini between meat chunks for a colorful twist.
