Description
Celebrate summer with a vibrant and festive Red White Blue Chocolate Bark! This easy-to-make sweet treat is colorful, fun, and perfect for holidays like the Fourth of July or Memorial Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips (or substitute with milk chocolate)
- 1 cup red M&M’s or red sprinkles
- 1 cup blue M&M’s or blue sprinkles
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Optional: pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate into a rectangle using a spatula.
- Sprinkle the red and blue M&M’s or sprinkles on top, followed by the crushed graham crackers. Lightly press them into the chocolate.
- If using, add a pinch of sea salt for a sweet-salty contrast.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Once hardened, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. To make a larger batch, double the ingredients and use a bigger baking sheet. Get creative with layers by alternating toppings and chocolate.
