Description

A zesty and hydrating drink blending tart lemon, sweet raspberries, and nutrient-packed chia seeds. Perfectly refreshing and beautifully vibrant.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 24 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Lemon slices and extra raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine water, raspberries, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Lightly mash the raspberries to release their flavor.
  2. Add chia seeds and sweetener if desired. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the chia to absorb and expand.
  3. Stir again, pour into glasses, and garnish with lemon slices and raspberries. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

Let the mixture rest overnight in the fridge for a stronger raspberry flavor. Easily scale the recipe for larger groups. Adjust sweetness and lemon to taste.
