Ingredients

- 4 cups water
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- Lemon slices and extra raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine water, raspberries, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Lightly mash the raspberries to release their flavor.
- Add chia seeds and sweetener if desired. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the chia to absorb and expand.
- Stir again, pour into glasses, and garnish with lemon slices and raspberries. Enjoy chilled.
Notes
Let the mixture rest overnight in the fridge for a stronger raspberry flavor. Easily scale the recipe for larger groups. Adjust sweetness and lemon to taste.
