Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Description

This Raspberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie is a refreshing, protein-packed way to start your day or refuel after a workout. It’s creamy, fruity, and naturally sweet, with optional chia seeds for a nutritional bonus.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh or thawed raspberries
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, especially with fresh berries)

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and chia seeds into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice if using fresh berries for a chilled effect.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more honey or milk. Blend again briefly.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with a few raspberries or sprinkle chia seeds for garnish.

Notes

For convenience, prep smoothie packs ahead by freezing the ingredients. Swap in seasonal fruits like blueberries or strawberries, or blend in spinach for extra greens. Add protein powder for a post-workout boost.
