Description

These pizza sliders are soft, cheesy, and loaded with your favorite pizza flavors, making them perfect for game nights, parties, or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls (or mini bagels/slider buns)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (or deli meats like ham or salami)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese blend)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or oregano/basil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottoms into a baking dish, closely packed.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the sauce, then layer pepperoni or preferred toppings.
  5. Add the remaining cheese, then sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the rolls and brush with olive oil.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders. Serve with extra pizza sauce if desired.

Notes

Don’t overload the toppings to avoid sogginess. Let them rest a bit before slicing to keep everything together nicely.
