Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick, cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Place mozzarella and pepperoni in the center of each dough square.
- Fold corners over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Arrange seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Beat egg and brush over tops for golden color.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over dough and bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Warm pizza sauce in a small bowl while bombs bake.
- Remove bombs, let cool slightly, and serve with warm pizza sauce.
