Description
Enjoy the flavors of summer with this icy Pineapple Strawberry Slush, a fruity and vibrant drink perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Sweet strawberries and juicy pineapple come together in a refreshing blend the whole family will love.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups ice (adjust as needed)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or juice (optional)
- Honey or agave syrup to taste
Instructions
- Combine strawberries and pineapple in a blender. If using frozen fruit, no need to thaw.
- Add ice, coconut water or juice, and a drizzle of honey or agave. Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then blend again briefly.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fruit or mint if you like.
Notes
For a grown-up twist, try blending in a bit of rum or tequila. If you’re serving kids, lemonade makes a fun alternative to coconut water. Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for a quick slush next time!
