Pineapple Strawberry Slush

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6-8 servings 1x

Description

Enjoy the flavors of summer with this icy Pineapple Strawberry Slush, a fruity and vibrant drink perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Sweet strawberries and juicy pineapple come together in a refreshing blend the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups strawberries, hulled (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups ice (adjust as needed)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or juice (optional)
  • Honey or agave syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries and pineapple in a blender. If using frozen fruit, no need to thaw.
  2. Add ice, coconut water or juice, and a drizzle of honey or agave. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fruit or mint if you like.

Notes

For a grown-up twist, try blending in a bit of rum or tequila. If you’re serving kids, lemonade makes a fun alternative to coconut water. Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays for a quick slush next time!
