- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly with the marinade.
- Place chicken in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and skin is crispy.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving, and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. To get extra crispy skin, broil for a couple of minutes before removing from the oven. Try different spice blends to make it your own.
