  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • Whole Oreos for topping
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures, folding gently to avoid overmixing.
  4. Fill each donut cavity halfway and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla, then stir in crushed Oreos.
  6. Slice cooled donuts in half. Fill with cheesecake mixture, top with a whole Oreo, and finish with donut tops. Add chocolate syrup and whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the batter to keep donuts fluffy. Let donuts cool completely before adding the filling to prevent melting.
