Instructions
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

- Mix in the vanilla and then add eggs one by one, stirring after each until fully blended.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just mixed, don’t overmix.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos gently.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
