- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- White chocolate, melted (for coating)
- Orange sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in crushed graham crackers, orange zest, juice, and vanilla until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Chill truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle in melted white chocolate, coat completely, and top with sprinkles if desired.
- Let chocolate harden at room temperature or refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
