Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or preferred candy)
  • 12 tablespoons of milk (use almond or oat milk if dairy-free)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Gradually stir in the flour, mixing on low speed until just blended. Add milk one tablespoon at a time for a softer texture if needed.
  4. Fold in the mini chocolate chips (or chosen mix-ins) using a spatula until well distributed.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
