- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for garnish
- 1 cup whipped cream for frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in crushed Oreos and M&M’s.
- Spread the batter evenly on the prepared sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes. While still warm, roll it using the parchment paper and let it cool completely.
- Unroll, spread whipped cream, and roll it back up. Chill for at least an hour.
- Top with extra whipped cream and M&M’s before slicing and serving.
Notes
Try different Oreo flavors or toss in some sprinkles for an extra fun twist. Make it ahead and chill overnight for easy prep.
