Description

A dreamy dessert rolled up with chocolatey richness, crunchy M&M’s, and creamy Oreo magic, this M&M’s Ferrero Oreo Roll Cake is a total showstopper and perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup whipped cream for frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in crushed Oreos and M&M’s.
  5. Spread the batter evenly on the prepared sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes. While still warm, roll it using the parchment paper and let it cool completely.
  7. Unroll, spread whipped cream, and roll it back up. Chill for at least an hour.
  8. Top with extra whipped cream and M&M’s before slicing and serving.

Notes

Try different Oreo flavors or toss in some sprinkles for an extra fun twist. Make it ahead and chill overnight for easy prep.
