Description

This Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich is a flavor-packed meal layered with juicy grilled chicken, crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomatoes, all tucked between perfectly toasted bread. A delicious classic you’ll want on repeat.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (grilled and sliced, enough for 68 servings; turkey works too)
  • 6 slices of bacon (crispy; swap with turkey bacon for a lighter bite)
  • 6 slices of whole wheat or white bread (toasted)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (or use spinach for a twist)
  • 1 large tomato (sliced; heirloom optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier version)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and grill the chicken breasts on medium heat until they reach 165°F internally. Let them rest before slicing.
  2. While chicken rests, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
  4. Start assembling: spread mayo on a slice of bread, layer with lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, and tomato. Top with another slice of bread.
  5. Cut the sandwich in half and serve with chips or salad. Enjoy immediately!

Notes
