- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add beef to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook for 5 more minutes until tender.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Add the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for an additional 5 minutes until creamy.
- Serve hot over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles. Top with fresh parsley before serving.
