Description
Crispy fries layered with creamy ranch, crispy bacon, and spicy jalapeños – this flavor-packed snack is perfect for game days, family nights, or anytime you’re craving something bold and cheesy.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bag frozen French fries (about 28 ounces)
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapeños, sliced (use fresh or pickled based on preference)
- ¾ cup ranch dressing
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven following the package instructions for the fries. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20–25 minutes.
- While fries bake, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
- Once fries are done, sprinkle cheddar cheese over them and return to oven for 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over hot cheesy fries, then top with bacon and jalapeño slices.
- Finish with chopped green onions, and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve these fries straight out of the oven to keep them crispy. Want a little extra punch? Add more jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce. For a heartier version, throw on some pulled pork or grilled chicken.
