Pineapple Dole Whip

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

A creamy, refreshing twist on the classic Disney Pineapple Dole Whip, made with pineapple chunks, sweetened condensed milk, and 2% milk for a rich and smooth texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • One 16-ounce bag of Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup 2% Milk

Instructions

  1. Add about 3 cups of frozen pineapple chunks to your blender.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of 2% milk.
  3. Blend until smooth using a frozen drink setting or until you achieve a creamy, thick texture.
  4. Add the remaining frozen pineapple chunks and blend again until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. For a thicker consistency, pour the mixture into a ziplock bag and freeze for 20 minutes before serving.
  6. Pipe or scoop into a glass, top with pineapple chunks if desired, and enjoy! For an extra tropical touch, add a drizzle of pineapple juice.

Notes

Ensure your pineapple chunks are completely frozen before blending for the creamiest texture. Freeze for 20 minutes for a thicker consistency. For a dairy-free version, substitute the sweetened condensed milk and 2% milk with coconut milk or pineapple juice.
