Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, hot honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create marinade.
- Add chicken to marinade and coat thoroughly. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) internally and feta is melty and slightly crisp.
- Let rest a few minutes after baking, then garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Add a pinch of cayenne for extra heat. Marinate ahead for deeper flavor. Easily adapted for grilling—just use a grill-safe pan for the feta topping.
