- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, and honey until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Cover dough and chill for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop 1 1/2-tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
