Description
A quick and flavorful one-pan stir fry made with lean ground turkey, crisp vegetables, and a sweet-savory teriyaki glaze. Perfect for busy weeknights and easily customizable to suit your taste.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or preferred oil)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked brown rice or quinoa, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring well to coat. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes to let flavors blend.
- Remove from heat, top with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
Keep vegetables slightly crisp for the best texture. Double the batch for meal prep — it stores well for up to 4 days. Try adding pineapple chunks or a drizzle of sriracha for a flavor twist.
