  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 slices fresh pineapple (canned can be used if needed)
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce (romaine adds great crunch)
  • Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, red onions, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in half of the teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes to lock in flavor and keep them juicy.
  2. Heat your grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, or until internal temp hits 165°F. Add pineapple slices to the grill for the last few minutes to caramelize.
