Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • Author: Navy Sinclair

  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

Tender steak bites cooked to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce, the perfect quick and savory dish to impress family or guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper for maximum flavor.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak cubes in a single layer without crowding.
  3. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same skillet, then stir in the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Return steak bites to the pan and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can swap sirloin with ribeye or flank steak. Add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the butter for a twist. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
