Description
Tender steak bites cooked to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce, the perfect quick and savory dish to impress family or guests.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 pounds of sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Crushed red pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper for maximum flavor.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak cubes in a single layer without crowding.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same skillet, then stir in the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Return steak bites to the pan and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can swap sirloin with ribeye or flank steak. Add herbs like thyme or rosemary to the butter for a twist. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
