Description
Juicy steak bites coated in garlic butter and finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan. Perfect for quick dinners or impressing guests with bold flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds sirloin steak – cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic – minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley – chopped for garnish
- Optional: 1 tablespoon olive oil for searing
Instructions
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add olive oil if using, then place steak bites in a single layer without crowding.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but still juicy.
- Lower heat to medium, push steak to one side, and add butter and garlic to the other side. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss steak in garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan. Let it melt briefly.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve right away.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak in garlic soy sauce ahead of time. A splash of red wine in the garlic butter also adds depth. Halve the ingredients for smaller servings.
