Description

These cool and creamy Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites are a refreshing way to curb your sweet cravings. Packed with protein, natural sweetness, and a hint of crunch, they’re the perfect family-friendly treat on hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla for extra sweetness)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh fruit (such as berries, bananas, or peaches)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to your liking)
  • 1/4 cup crushed granola or nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey until smooth and creamy. Stir in vanilla extract if using.
  2. Carefully fold in the chopped fruit, being sure not to crush them.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon out small mounds of the yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
  4. Top each yogurt mound with a sprinkle of granola or crushed nuts.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm. Once frozen, remove from the sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Make extra—they go fast! Silicone molds can make fun shapes for kids. Store them with parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
