Scale
  • 2 cups cherry juice or cherry soda
  • 1 cup cola (regular or diet)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh cherries, pitted and halved (optional)
  • Popsicle molds or small containers

Instructions

  1. Combine cherry juice, cola, and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Stir gently to blend.
  2. Place fresh cherry halves into each popsicle mold if using.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Run warm water over the molds to release pops before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, use unsweetened cherry juice and diet cola. Add fresh cherries for extra flavor and texture.
