- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth and shiny.
- Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy and well combined.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt without overmixing.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let brownies cool, then top with sliced strawberries and blueberries. Optional: drizzle melted white chocolate for extra flair.
Notes
