Description

Nothing says summer like chocolatey, colorful brownies made for the Fourth of July! These chewy, rich bars are topped with festive fruits for the perfect patriotic dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • Blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth and shiny.
  3. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract until fluffy and well combined.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt without overmixing.
  5. Stir in white chocolate chips and spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Let brownies cool, then top with sliced strawberries and blueberries. Optional: drizzle melted white chocolate for extra flair.

Notes

Add chopped nuts for extra crunch. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Garnish with mint leaves for a fresh touch.
