Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped (use both sweet and sour for a twist)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with Greek yogurt)
- 2–3 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon dill weed (or fresh dill if available)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine chopped dill pickles and mayonnaise or Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Add hot sauce, dill weed, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more hot sauce if you prefer extra heat.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For added spice, include a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. To thicken the sauce, add more mayo or let it chill longer. It also makes a tasty salad dressing when thinned out with water or more yogurt.
