Spicy Dill Pickle Sauce

Description

Give your meals a zesty boost with this irresistible Spicy Dill Pickle Sauce! Perfect for sandwiches, grilled meats, or dipping, this tangy and spicy condiment is a flavor-packed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped (use both sweet and sour for a twist)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with Greek yogurt)
  • 23 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed (or fresh dill if available)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped dill pickles and mayonnaise or Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl and stir well.
  2. Add hot sauce, dill weed, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more hot sauce if you prefer extra heat.
  4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For added spice, include a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. To thicken the sauce, add more mayo or let it chill longer. It also makes a tasty salad dressing when thinned out with water or more yogurt.
