These Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Wraps are a flavorful twist on the classic sandwich, savory steak, melty cheese, and sautéed veggies all tucked inside a golden, crispy tortilla. Perfect for busy weeknights, game days, or anytime you crave a hand-held comfort meal.

- 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or flank)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or banana peppers for extra flavor
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and green bell peppers. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
- Move the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced beef to the other side. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned, then mix with the veggies.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef and veggie mix. Let it melt, covering the skillet if needed to help the cheese melt faster.
- Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
- Spoon the cheesy steak mixture onto each tortilla. Add optional hot sauce or banana peppers, then wrap tightly, folding in the sides.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
Notes
Leftover filling makes a great topping for baked potatoes or a quick rice bowl. For a flavor twist, try adding Cajun seasoning or garlic powder. Store any extra wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven until warm and crisp.
