Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces pasta (penne or rotini work great)
  • 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked diced chicken or sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Whisk together heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken (or mushrooms), broccoli, and the cream mixture. Stir in mozzarella and half the Parmesan.
  5. Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your creamy creation!
