Instructions

- In glasses or a trifle bowl, spoon a layer of the creamy mixture, followed by a layer of fruits.
- Continue layering until full, ending with a layer of fruit and a generous sprinkle of granola on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
To keep the granola crunchy, add it just before serving. For a flavor twist, try including your favorite jam or tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Coconut milk also makes a great substitution for a more exotic taste.
