Creamy Fruit Delight

  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings 1x

Description

A festive, fruity dessert that brings together layers of rich creaminess and bursts of fresh fruit. This treat is perfect for brightening up any event or mealtime with a delightful blend of textures and flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently fold together the whipped cream, Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Be careful not to overmix and deflate the cream.
  2. In glasses or a trifle bowl, spoon a layer of the creamy mixture, followed by a layer of fruits.
  3. Continue layering until full, ending with a layer of fruit and a generous sprinkle of granola on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

To keep the granola crunchy, add it just before serving. For a flavor twist, try including your favorite jam or tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Coconut milk also makes a great substitution for a more exotic taste.
