- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine cilantro and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Add Greek yogurt, lime juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lime juice for extra tang if desired.
- Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
Notes
Add a chopped jalapeño or a pinch of cayenne for heat. Keeps well in the fridge for up to a week. Stir before using. You can also switch up the herbs with basil or dill for a different twist.
