  • Author: Navy Sinclair
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings 1x

Description

A vibrant and zesty sauce packed with the bold flavors of fresh cilantro, garlic, and creamy yogurt. Perfect for drizzling, dipping, or marinating your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (or parsley for a milder taste)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for richness)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine cilantro and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, lime juice, and olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lime juice for extra tang if desired.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.

Notes

Add a chopped jalapeño or a pinch of cayenne for heat. Keeps well in the fridge for up to a week. Stir before using. You can also switch up the herbs with basil or dill for a different twist.
