Description
These Cinnamon Sugar French Toast Roll-Ups are a sweet and cozy treat, perfect for breakfast or a midday snack. Soft bread gets filled, rolled, dipped, and fried to golden perfection, then finished in cinnamon sugar for a dreamy finish.

- 6 slices of bread (white or whole wheat)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Butter for frying
- Filling of choice: jelly, Nutella, or cream cheese
Instructions
- Lay out the slices of bread and gently flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Spread your preferred filling on each slice, keeping edges clean.
- Roll the slices up tightly and place them seam-side down.
- In a bowl, mix together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, then coat fully in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place roll-ups seam-side down and cook until all sides are golden, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Remove to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess butter. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
