- 12 oz penne pasta (or rotini/fettuccine)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced (rotisserie works great)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (or turkey bacon)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat diced chicken and crumbled bacon over medium heat.
- Stir in ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until coated and heated through.
- Add cooked pasta and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top. Cover and cook 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use turkey bacon, reduced-fat ranch, or whole grain pasta. You can also mix in veggies like spinach or bell peppers.
