- 12 sheets lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, half the Parmesan, garlic powder, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Spread chicken mixture on each noodle and roll tightly, placing seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest before serving.
Notes
To lighten up the dish, try whole wheat noodles or a low-fat Alfredo sauce. You can also add veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers to the filling for extra flavor.
