Creamy, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying, these Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are the ultimate comfort food that brings people together. Perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, then drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, half the Parmesan, garlic powder, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Spread chicken mixture on each noodle and roll tightly, placing seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest before serving.

Notes

To lighten up the dish, try whole wheat noodles or a low-fat Alfredo sauce. You can also add veggies like mushrooms or bell peppers to the filling for extra flavor.
