Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • A few mint leaves (optional)
  • 1 glass of water

Instructions

  1. Pour the chia seeds into a glass of water and let them soak for 30 minutes to 1 hour until they puff up and turn gel-like.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixture.
  3. Optionally, add a few chopped mint leaves for an extra fresh kick.
  4. Stir everything together and enjoy it fresh.

Notes

Drink this twice daily — once in the morning to jumpstart your metabolism and once in the afternoon to keep your energy up. Don’t exceed 2 teaspoons of chia seeds per day to avoid bloating.
