This Cheesy Ravioli Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! Think tender ravioli baked with layers of creamy ricotta, rich marinara, and gooey melted mozzarella, perfect for family dinners or casual get-togethers.

- 1 package (25-30 oz) cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a large baking dish with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
- Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce, then dollop with half the ricotta and sprinkle a third of the mozzarella on top.
- Repeat with remaining marinara, ravioli, ricotta, and top with the rest of the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, garnish with basil or parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Make this ahead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking. Add sautéed vegetables or red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Great with salad or garlic bread!
