  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup frozen corn (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until onions are soft.

  3. Stir in milk and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until cheese melts and soup is creamy and smooth.
  4. If using frozen corn, stir it in now. Let soup simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.

Notes
